Command - Chief 33B

Just after midnight Squad 8 responded with units from Kentland for a house fire at 7200 Greeley Rd. Units from 33 arrived to find a small fire in a house which was quickly controlled and units were placed in service. Hours later, the same units were dispatched back to the address, this time finding heavy fire throughout the house. Squad 8 arrived and was told by the incident commander (33B) to perform a search of the first floor. The search was done and was negative. Afterwards the squad assisted with ventilation and overhaul. Squad 8 cleared in about an hour.
