Saturday, January 14, 2012 At 1059 hours Engine 82 was alerted to 6102 Elder St, in Seat Pleasant, for a kitchen on fire in a home.  Engine 82 arrived within a minute or so to find smoke showing and advanced a line.  The crew found fire involving the kitchen and living room area and extinguished the same.  The assignment was scaled back as units worked to check for extension, hit hot spots, and overhaul.  Engine 82 picked up and returned in just over an hour.
