Wednesday, August 15, 2012 Just after midnight Engine 83 and Chief 8A were alerted to 1118 Chapelwood La, in Company 38's area, for a house on fire with people trapped. QT38 arrived first and reported smoke showing and advanced a line.  Engine 83 arrived and advanced a line to the rear and forced entry into the basement.  A small fire was found in the house and extinguished.  The house was boarded up but was being lived in.  Two victims were found, one at the front door, and one got up and walked out.  One patient was taken to a local trauma center to be treated for injuries.  Witnesses reported a domestic argument prior to the house being set on fire and continues to be investigated.  Engine 83 and Chief 8A picked up and returned in about 90 minutes.
