Seat
Pleasant is looking for volunteers to assist with staffing at the
station. If you have free time to give and already have previous
experience in the fire department, Seat Pleasant could be a good fit for
you. Currently we are responsible for staffing (except for the ambulance **We do have EMS only membership available for those wishing to ride 88**)
everyday from 1500 to 0700 the next morning and then every weekend from
1500 hours Friday until 0700 Monday morning. Recently due to the
budget, our career personnel have been removed on holidays altogether
making volunteers responsible for staffing everything during the 24 hour
period. In addition, our call load has increased due to the removal of
career personnel at neighboring stations essentially making our first
due larger. We look forward to hearing
from you !!
Questions can be sent to our Lead Recruiter Nicole Bennett at recruitment@seatpleasantfire.com or call (240) 706-7808....
