VOLUNTEERS WANTED

Seat Pleasant is looking for volunteers to assist with staffing at the station. If you have free time to give and already have previous experience in another department, Seat Pleasant could be a good fit for you. Currently we are responsible for staffing (except for the ambulance**) everyday from 1500 to 0700 the next morning and then every weekend from 1500 hours Friday until 0700 Monday morning. Beginning March 4th 2013 volunteers will be responsible for answering all emergencies until further notice (we expect it to be years). If you think you may be interested, please attend one of our application sessions for more information. We look forward to hearing from you.
**We do have EMS only membership available for those wishing to ride Ambulance 88**
Our next application session(s) are:
Saturday, February 23, 2013 from 12:00pm to 3:00pm
Applicants should bring the following items;

$10 application fee payable in cash or money order

Current valid government ID
-
Social Security Card
-
ICS 100 & 700 (200 & 800 recommended)
-
All current fire/ems certifications/transcripts
All sessions are held in our community hall located at; 6305 Addison Road, Capitol Heights, MD 20743. Please use the side entrance.
